I expect you to respect this house like you respect your home. This is not a hotel, it’s home sharing. Communicating with me is very important, I want you to be happy here : )If you are unsatisfied with something, I will not know - unless you tell me.

No smoking or vaping on the property. No parties. Only guests on the reservation are allowed to access the property.Very important is to keep quiet after 10 pm. Guests are not allowed to make noise after that time.

It s a quiet neighborhood and neighbors are very sensitive to noises. Also our other apartments are often rented so we need to keep it down for the other guests too.Check out is at 11 am, house needs to be returned in the same conditions you found it, no need to make the beds but please wash all the dishes and put everything back in order, especially if you moved furniture. There is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink.Our house is an old lady, please be gentle with her and of course only toilet paper in the toilets.Blue trash bins are for recycling paper, glass and plastic; black is for regular trash.

Please share the house rules with your group, it's very important, because if any of the house rules is broken we will withhold your deposit.Keeping a good communication is the key. Hope you will have an amazing experience : )))Thank you so much!.
