Upon entering Casa Juanita, our top floor penthouse apartment, you are struck by one of the most breath-taking and magnificent views of Puerto Vallarta. Guests have unobstructed views of the Bay, the Cathedral, and the distant mountains in every direction. Casa Juanita, is a one bedroom with a full sized bed, kitchen, living room, den and 1 and ½ baths.
The Casa's open air living space offers a unique and comfortable way to enjoy the amenities of a living room and the beauty and warmth of the outdoors. Wherever you are in the living space, you will experience a striking view of Puerto Vallarta.
Casa Jorge is a two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the second floor. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the other is furnished with two twin beds. The apartment features an open aired living room that allows the guests a picturesque view of the town and the bay.
Casa Jorge's guests often spend their time relaxing in the open-air living space, looking at the beautiful bay and watching all the water activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, and boating. At night, the view glistens with the city lights and an occasional fireworks display.
Casa Katita, is our first floor, one bedroom apartment. It is equipped with a full sized bed, living room, den, and bathroom with shower. By using the couches in the den, the apartment is able to sleep up to 4. The furniture in the apartment is comfortable with some pieces decorated by a local artisan.
Casa Katita's guests spend much of their vacation time on the balcony with a slight ocean view. As our most reasonably priced option, this apartment offers an affordable opportunity to live in the heart of paradise.
